Polyamorous Relationship Counseling

Polyamory (sometimes referred to as poly) is often defined as consensual non-monogamy, relationships involving more than two individuals addressing an open, honest, transparent agreement among all participating partners. This can include a primary couple and other subsequent partners or a unified number of individuals within a relationship.
Polyamorous relationship counseling is conducted both as a unit with all parties involved as well as individual one-on-one sessions and begins with an initial phone assessment, followed by a face-to-face 60-minute assessment where I gather information that will help you and I as we move forward. The sessions going forward are where the work of challenging our negative thoughts and behaviors and work on replacing those thoughts and behaviors with healthy more positively based direction. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and vary in duration according to a mutual agreement between you as a couple and me as the counselor.
